In today’s fast-paced world with more & more people time poor, preparing healthy, balanced meals often takes a back seat to convenience, with ultra-processed foods dominating our diets. As a career chef I’ve seen first-hand how what we eat can impact our health and wellbeing. That’s why I set out on a mission to take control of the ingredients in my meals, creating food that is both nourishing and delicious.
Inspired by the vibrant ingredients, flavours and wholesome traditions of Africa, the Caribbean, South America, Asia & beyond, I’ve created a brand rooted in the belief that food should promote better health & use natural, nutrient-rich ingredients. My freshly prepared ready meals use Quinoa and spelt as a base - ‘NO RICE’ - due to their protein rich, nutrient dense, good gut health - digestion boosting, low fat, versatile qualities. Juices, and sauces also feature high-quality, nutritious, antioxidant and anti inflammatory enhancing ingredients like - African ginger, coconut, lemongrass, Celtic salt, scotch bonnet and key lime - among others - crafted with care to honour tradition while embracing innovation through cultural flavours.
Central to my ethos is the use of nature’s gifts, including Sea Moss, a powerhouse celebrated for its incredible health benefits, rich in vitamins & minerals, supports gut health, boosts immunity, and nourishes the body from within, aligning perfectly with my wellness philosophy.
At the heart of it all is balance: wholesome meals & supplements for body and mind, with a little indulgence for the soul. That’s why my ‘Everything in Moderation’ menu pops up from time to time! And because nourishing ourselves means caring for the planet, I’m committed to using sustainable, plant-based packaging wherever possible, contributing to leaving a better world for future generations.
